IMG_5282After many, many different salad dressing recipes I’ve tried, here are three that I (and now, my daughter) make on a regular basis. Pretty photos will be added later. We are too busy cooking!

Measure the first set of ingredients then add the liquid ingredients. Store in a any jar with a lid. Shake to mix.

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup lemon juice

Italian Dressing*

1 teaspoon sugar

¼ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon dried basil

½  teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 pressed garlic clove

(or ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder)

¼ cup red wine vinegar

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup water

Balsamic Vinagrette Dressing*

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 pressed garlic clove

(or ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder)
